Charles Lindbergh and Amelia Earhart

Have you ever wanted to fly a plane? I wish. Today you’re going to learn about Charles Lindbergh and Amelia Earhart were alike and different.

They were alike because both of them left college to go to flight school. They also wrote a book, and in the text it says that they wrote a book to tell people about their life. The last thing I’m going to tell you about how they’re alike is how they both flew over the Atlantic Ocean, but in the text it says Earhart was the first women and in the first passage it said Lindbergh was the first person.

They are different because Lindbergh completed his goal, but Earhart didn’t. He also participated in a contest to fly over the Atlantic Ocean for $25,000. Earhart was also the first woman to fly from Hawaii to Mainland from the U.S. government and won a medal. Lindbergh was also nicknamed ”Lucky Lindy” because he jumped out of a plane four time and survived.

Now you know some differences and similarities about them. Which ones did you already know about? I forgot Earhart also decided to fly around the world but disappeared in an island. Do you think she’s still alive?
