Add Images and Video to Questions in Google Forms

Google FormsFor a while now, we’ve been able to insert video and images into a Google Form.
Starting today, you can insert images and and videos that align directly with a question, including adding multiple images to a question.   Google offers the following directions.  I do need to note that by adding images to answers, it does not align the image directly next to each answer.  Instead it places them below the choices, but you can label the images to align with the choices.  Scroll further down for a sample form to see what it looks like live.
